correcting the "Y2k" computer problem.

We are doing serious work here.  Interference with that work will 
not be tolerated.

Referring to "unsubscribe" lists or the (defeated) Murkowski bill
is prima-facie evidence that your post is a SPAM.

If you mailspam the moderator, you may be sure that it will be
remembered and your subsequent newsgroup posts rejected.  (Your ISP
will also be notifed and your account deleted, but that happens to
anyone who mailspams me.)
